My beautiful apartment is 2 levels, downstairs will be your bedroom with private en-suite bathroom and a courtyard for yourself. Room is unfurnished but the girl who is leaving now is selling a brand new bed and mattress for $250 (bought 5 months ago.) Upstairs has the kitchen, my room, second bathroom beautiful living area and a big balcony. I live by myself and my beautiful cat Fluff, I’m looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful 😊 The building has a swimming pool visitors carpark & communal garden.

Around 10 minute walk to Green Square train station 5 minutes walk to buses to the city, Coogee, Bondi Juction and Newton. Very soon to Waterloo metro station.
