Our apartment is on a leafy, quiet street with plenty of on street parking. 3 min walk around the corner to the French cafe, bottle shop, hairdresser, Pilates, restaurants, mini supermarket etc. 10 min walk to rose bay ferry terminal to circular quay. 5 min drive (2km) to Bondi beach, bus stops are on our street and at the end of the street to the city. 10 min walk to rose bay shops with more options, Bondi junction is 10 min drive, if that. Parks nearby and the harbour is at the end of our street. I love this place and feel lucky to have secured it at this price. The rent I’m charging is 50/50, I’m not going to jack your rent up to cover mine. I have everything here that’s needed in the house and kitchen. Happy for you to bring stuff if you need :) Cheers!

34 yr old recruiter looking for a new room mate. I’ve just taken up surfing, love sport, running, gym and catching up with friends. Originally from Melbourne so still building out my social network here, I play cricket and will prob play afl in the winter as well on the weekends. My partying days are over so if you’re looking for a party house this probably isn’t it although, happy to go out for beers of course and if you have friends coming to visit they are more than welcome to stay.
