Great location - Rose Bay - 2 mins away from the Bus station (323/324/325) or the Rose bay ferry (the boat will take you in the city in 13 min)
There are a lot of great restaurants in the area (japonese, thai, italien, indian, fish, etc.), 3 groceries stores (10 mins aways), multiple sport facilities (tennis court, basketball court, kayak, public golf), a nice park and the Rose Bay beach is 8 mins walking distance.
The 2 bedroom appartment has a beautiful wooden floor, a big living room with the AC and smart TV, a balcony, a lot of storage. The kitchen is equiped with an american fridge, gas cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is one bathroom, with bathtub/shower, WC, and lot of storage.
The appartment and room are partly furnished (wardrobe, bed and bedside table.
There is also wifi all around the house.
The neighborhood is very quiet (away from the road).
