I have a beautiful 4 bedroom duplex with a brand new outside entertaining area with a heated pool and spa. Located in Revesby it has open plan living area downstairs with a 75 inch TV, 2.5 bathrooms, polished wooden floors throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. It has ducted airconditioning and ceiling fans, washing machine and dryer, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Off street parking and a few mins walk to bus stops. All furniture and appliances are < 3 yrs old. I am the only person living there and only looking for one tenant. The other 2 bedrooms are my office and a guest bedroom.
