Hello lovely people!

We’re on the hunt for a new housemate to join our cozy, character-filled 3-bedroom home in Redfern. If you’re over 30, easygoing, and looking for a warm and welcoming place to call home, keep reading. (Sorry, no couples!)

About the room:
This is a large, sunny room with heaps of storage and your very own balcony—a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or just soak in some fresh air.

About the house:
You’ll be sharing with two housemates:

• Mitch (35, queer, therapist)
• Akshay (31, straight, medical researcher)

We’re a friendly household that values a relaxed, respectful vibe. We’re not big on partying or late-night drinking but love a good chat or the occasional shared meal. We also tend to do our own thing with food.

Our home is close to everything you could need:

• Redfern Station: A quick walk away.
• Redfern Park & Woolies: Perfect for morning strolls or grabbing groceries.
• Breadfern: Iconic for your baked-goods fix.
The street is vibrant, with a mix of community energy and convenience.

We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and share monthly internet costs.

About the room and rent:

• $440 per week + bills (split equally).
• Total house rent is $1,100 p/w, divided by room size and storage.

Move-in date is 1-3 weeks from now (12th December).
