The unit has a modern bathroom, washing machine and all the standard kitchen appliances. Couch, dining table, coffee table and TV in living room (you are welcome to use my Netflix / Prime / Stan account).

Walking distance to UNSW, Woolworths, Prince of Wales Hospital and Buses/Trams to CBD. Not too long a walk to Coogee Beach either :-)

I own and run an Escape room in the Sydney CBD - which I must say is alot more fun than my previous job in Economics, I am also completing an engineering degree part time. My work hours vary from week to week, but I am trying to find a decent work life balance :-). I have a strong interest in science and technology. Love watching sci-fi movies/shows, board games and still enjoy the odd video game. I play badminton so would be up for a match, and I used to play mixed netball and indoor soccer.
