Bills and expenses

Internet and water included in rent! Electricity is extra and split by 3. An estimate of $20 per week is collected for electricity - then when the monthly bill comes in, tenants will either get a refund, or pay extra depending on how much electricity was used that month. I take photos of the electricity meter monthly and submit to the electricity provider. We are on the cheapest electricity plan with GloBird.
