Beautiful room to rent in Clovelly, 10 mins walk to Clovelly / Coogee beaches with an amazing house mate and a dog!!
I am advertising my room to rent on behalf of my housemate as I am moving out after a year of living here to move in with my partner. This is the nicest place I have lived with a great housemate!

This property is realistically Clovelly, even though the address states Randwick. Next to Clovelly Road and close to amenities and lovely shops. A short walk to local Clovelly, Gordon's Bay and Coogee beach, the location is quiet and lovely on a leafy street. Parking is on the street but not limited to time restrictions.
You must love dogs as I have a medium sized straight-haired cavoodle who is very handsome and has a fabulous personality. The outdoor garden gets sun all day long. The apartment is beautiful and a gem in the Eastern Suburbs. This house is very much a home.

I love the gym, music, the beach and my life here in Sydney. I work from home 1-2 days per week. I am looking for someone to take the second room for up to 6 months.
