My housemate is moving out so her room is up for grabs. I live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in Randwick. It’s a nice place, spacious, really well located and has everything you might need.
I have the lease until September 2025 with the option to renew so someone long term would be better but happy to chat if you’re looking for something short term.
Location:
3 mins to the Randwick light rail stop, 5 mins to the shops and 15-20 min walk to Coogee.

Rent: $350 pw paid fortnightly or monthly + bills (internet is 40 a month and electricity is around 200 every quarter, this varies winter to summer)
