Other information
The bedroom currently contains a daybed (with two mattresses, including a trundle), a medium and small shelving unit, a shoe rack, and a bedside table. These items can be adjusted for the successful applicant. The daybed will remain, fully equipped with a mattress protector, fitted sheet, doona, and pillows. However, if this does not provide enough wardrobe space, the applicant will need to supply their own.

The applicant must be willing to pay the bond, and provide proof of a steady income to demonstrate they can make the required fortnightly payment of $750. This is to ensure they can meet rental payment obligations, as required by the real estate agent.

About occupants
My name is Parys, and I am 32 years old. Currently, I work full-time as a high school teacher, teaching Dance, Drama, and PDHPE. I am deeply passionate about education, particularly in the creative and physical arts, and I find immense fulfilment in helping students develop both their skills and confidence.

As a tenant, I take great pride in being responsible and respectful of the properties I live in. I have been living at my current apartment for the past 6 years, during which I have always paid my rent on time and have had no issues or complaints. I value cleanliness and quiet living, and I take care of the property as if it were my own. I believe in maintaining a peaceful and tidy environment, both for myself and for those around me.

In my spare time, I enjoy pursuing a variety of hobbies that bring me joy and relaxation. As a former professional dancer, I still take dance classes to stay connected to my passion.
Compatible people
A good housemate is respectful, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces and routines. They contribute to the household by keeping things clean, paying bills on time, contributing to joint necessities (toilet paper, washing detergent ect) and maintaining a friendly, supportive atmosphere. It's important they are reliable, open-minded, and able to maintain a balance between socialising and respecting each other's privacy.

Further, they are someone who is going to ensure the safety of my animal if I am not home. For example, closing doors to areas where he can get out.
Description of pets
A wonderful companion, my five-year-old, 5.5kg, microchipped, desexed, domestic short-haired cat, Fox.

Fox has been with me since he was a kitten, and he’s a very well-behaved, gentle, and quiet pet. He has never caused any damage in my home and enjoys simply lounging in sunny spots around the house. His calm nature and excellent behaviour make him the perfect roommate.

He appreciates calm and peace environments - no slamming of doors etc.
