beautiful, quiet and spacious home with a gorgeous leafy outlook, overlooking a forested valley, all in the heart of Randwick. My home is gorgeous: newly renovated and beautifully refurnished so you can enjoy the highest standard of living. This is not your typical share house - it is a luxurious, relaxing, newly renovated and decorated home. If you want to share a tranquil, quiet home with a house-proud, cool professional woman - this is the home for you!

This is a female only household and I am looking for only one female flatmate for the room (no couples, sorry).

This apartment is not like others in Randwick. It is one of very few nestled in a unique, quiet and forested valley, which the huge lounge room and patio overlook. It has a huge and beautiful living space filled with antiques and even has a reading nook!

You get plenty of privacy in the bedroom and the living room as there are trees on either side of the apartment, rather than other apartment blocks. You will wake up to bird song every morning and there are lots of birds that visit for a feed (see photos! 😄). There is none of the high density living feel. The lounge room is very large at 36m and the balcony is also enormous at 18m, both with a view of the beautiful valley. You can enjoy morning yoga on the balcony and it’s great for entertaining, with a retractable sun shade.

The bathrooms were freshly renovated to a high standard in late 2023. The place also had a paint refresh. Most of the furniture is brand new and the place is decorated with antique furniture and objects that I have collected over the years. I love to buy new designer furniture and antiques for the home 😄

- very peaceful and quiet, for those who like me enjoy and value that
