Spacious 2 bedrooms unit in Randwick.

The living room has a beautiful exposed brick wall. Sunny balcony and recently renewed kitchen.

The place has everything we need but happy to discuss if you have any furniture you want to bring with you.

Located near Randwick shopping center and 2 min walk to the light train station on Wansey Road. The flat is close to the city for easy commutes. Light train station down the road and buses 5 min away. Close to the city and closer to the beach. UNSW is within walking distance.

No parking in the building, and street parking is available in the surrounding streets as there is no access to Kynaston Avenue.

Quiet location with green areas right outside the door and plenty of green spaces around. The house has space to occasionally entertain family and friends, but I'm not looking to host parties every week.

3 years old Staffy living in the house. Ocassionally will sit a second dog.
