Spacious, quiet and picturesque 2 bedroom flat in Randwick! One queen sized room available for 6 WEEKS OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR!!

There is a lovely shared garden/pool. Guest parking and free on street parking available. Lock up bicycle parking also.

Close walk to cafes, shops and Coogee/Clovelly beach is not far. Easy transport into the city.

The room is furnished but there will be space for all your things.

Place is fully furnished and you will be sharing with a lovely Spanish girl in her 30s. She works full time and is very active, clean and social.

This place would suit preferably a single female, visiting friends or family over the Christmas period, or a professional working out of the home and inbetween rentals and wants to be closer to the beach for the summer. This is not a party place and it will suit someone who will treat this place like home. Someone who is kind, respectful, clean and considerate.
