have a room available for rent in a three-person apartment, ideally located just steps away from Darling Harbour. The apartment has been freshly renovated, offering a modern and comfortable living space. It is spacious, bright, and cozy.
You will be living with a German flatmate and a French flatmate, in a friendly and respectful environment. The building is secure, providing a peaceful and safe atmosphere. You will be close to shops, public transport, and all the attractions around Darling Harbour.
The move-in date is flexible, with a preference for someone to arrive around January 15-20. Additionally, we would prefer someone who can continue the lease after February 20.
