The occupant agrees:

- pay before living one week
- to pay rent on time every week (on Sunday)
- Minimum stay 4 months
- at least 3 weeks ( 21 days) notice before moving out
*The bond and key deposit view be returned within 7 days after you completed all of these conditions and move out without any damage in the room and return the key.
**Rental bond means money paid by the occupant as security this agreement. If the occupant break the agreements above, the occupant acknowledge and agree that they won’t receive the bond back when they leave.
