Bed 2 is an UNFURNISHED spacious 3.6m x 3.6m bedroom, currently fits a queen sized bed, TV unit with TV and 2 bed side tables, has a build in wardrobe that fits everything else! Large bathroom is shared with bed 3 occupant.

The apartment has an internal laundry and dryer, plenty of storage space in the kitchen and linen cupboards with a spacious balcony with a beautiful city skyline view. The building itself is very secure and has plenty of visitor parking, a garbage chute, clothing bin, swimming pool, sauna and small gym.

The apartment location is walking distance from Sydney Fish market and The Star Casino and is about a 25min walk into the city center. There are plenty of buses and trams for public transport or walk to Central or Townhall for the train (25mins walk). We have a Woolworths metro around the corner and plenty of local restaurant options to visit or order in from.

I have been living in this apartment and in Pyrmont since 2022 April, Dan made the move in July 2024, and would hopefully stay in the next few years, we love it!

We have been besties ever since we met eachother at work 4 years ago and officially became friends 2 years ago when I left the business. We do a lot of things together, like: watch SVU and Rupals drag race, gym, sauna and I third wheel on Dan and his boyfriends dates! There is no expectation for the new housemate to be as close as we are but we will be as inclusive as the new housemate would like us to be!

We are looking for a 3rd housemate as our current housemate is moving back in with her parents. We have majority, if not all, house hold items already in the home, it will only be your bedroom that you will need to provide. This house is not a party house as there are family and elderly that live in our apartment complex.

We are looking for a considerate housemate, who’s cleaning standards are high. We respect each others stuff and privacy when we need alone time, but have a great friendship and hang out when we are both feeling social. We are looking for someone to match our energy and be a good fit for our home, we believe it is better to get someone long term and live in a good environment than someone short term that doesn’t.

We would prefer it if the housemate coming in was single, but if they had a partner, 2 nights would be the ideal amount of nights they stayed a week. This is the same for the current occupants in the house.
