Some pictures are less of a good quality because taken from the agency since I recently moved in :). It’s a Peaceful home with water views of the wharf from my spacious apartment in Potts Point. The apartment features a large balcony that invites natural light, to the rooms and the living room area, offering a relaxing space with both city and bay views. I’m renting out a private room with its own bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. The building also offers great amenities, including a rooftop BBQ area and pool, ideal for unwinding or gathering with friends. I strive to create a peaceful and welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable. The house is 10’ away walking from king cross train station and 10’ away from botanical gardens in a quiet area with a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. 20’ away walking to the CBD.
