Bills and expenses

Most people stay more than a year. Happy to accommodate even for a short time. Must have references
Electricity has gone up very high but I ask to be considered. Cleaning is easy just clean up after your self in the kitchen and bathroom. I pay for water so again some consideration. A little rince of the dishes then in the dishwasher. Once a week I wash the floors and extra cleaning but I like an other to vacuum upstairs. It’s all very simple some common sense is required.
