One Single Room for Rent in Parramatta
• Available now, minimum stay is 3 months.
• Location: Church St, Parramatta 2150 (5 minutes walk to parramatta station, 5 mins walk to Westfield, Coles, Woolies, Aldi, Asian Supermarket, gym..etc)
• Rent: $360/week (Using of heater or air-conditioning will render additional charge)
Bond is 3 weeks.
