• Available now, minimum stay is 3 months.
• Location: Church St, Parramatta 2150 (5 minutes walk to parramatta station)
• Rent: $360/week (Using of heater or air-conditioning will render additional charge)

• Looking for long term housemates who are tidy. No smoking/ vaping and no drugs.
• 2 weeks in advance notice to cancel the lease, however 3 month stay is minimum.
