Your window overlooks the beautiful garden courtyard and surrounding area with plenty of blue sky and great for morning sunshine (only if you have the blinds open ).

Bathroom: well-lit by a garden facing window and skylight. large bath, heated towel rack and never-ending (electically heated) hot water.

Big garden/courtyard: plenty of open sky and lots of greenery, outdoor table and seating- lovely for an evening drink or dining al fresco.

Hi I'm Trent, friendly, laid back guy, currently spend most of my daylight hours building my start-up, a digital marketing agency/business coaching operation - but promise not to bore you with the details. I also enjoy my work as a consultant to large banks and financial institutions, so I take contracts from time to time. I work from home a lot. I enjoy getting to the beach and out and about at the weekends, though sometimes go through phases where I'm just focused on working hard, so it's just work, eat, sleep, gym, repeat..
Compatible people
Ideally someone who is grounded, honest, clean, considerate, hygenic. I suppose those are all the normal things. I do like the house to be laid back and calm. It's quite a good size for two people but it's probably not suited for someone who wants to have parties or social gatherings here. One or two pets are welcome, as long as house trained I love dogs and also like cats, especially if they're not the scratchy kind.
