Description of the home

Hello!

My housemate is sadly moving out to live with their partner, so currently on the look out for someone to join me on the border of Paddington/Darlinghurst in this lovely apartment. Ideally looking for someone pretty chill and who doesn't work from home all the time (I work from home most days) - and who would be happy to sign on to the lease starting on Feb 1 for 12 months.

Right by fiveways on a quiet street, the place is super close to cafes/woolies (2 mins), and a short walk to Darlo (5 mins), and Kings X (~15 min walk). The room would come unfurnished (the stuff in the pics is how i currently have it set up), but the rest of the house is furnished (open to switching stuff out if you want to bring anything)

I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going - in my spare time I enjoy playing sport, grabbing drinks and generally being out and about. I work in your typical corporate job doing analytics, but always up for the occasional hang after work/on the weekend. It is a pretty quiet residential block, so looking for someone happy to match that energy and keep it relatively peaceful

Total rent on the apartment is $750 - you'd be paying $360 and I'll be paying $390 (slightly larger room), plus splitting bills/internet when they come. The apartment will be available Feb 1, so looking for someone who'd be able to move in around then 🙂 (might be able to come in late Jan, pending current housemate's plans)
