Description of the home
10 Minute walk to the train station or a ferry wharf to make a short commute to the city. Across the road from a park and a short trip to balmoral. A quick walk to the heart of North Sydney.
Current occupants are 3 boys - 26-year-olds - who love all things sports, staying active, and enjoying city life. We all work in the city during the week with minimal WFH.
Love to hit up a pub or new restaurant for weekends. While we're always up for a good time, we also value our downtime and like to keep the place tidy. We're easy-going, respectful, and looking for someone who fits the same vibe to share a great space with! Always up for a chat and happy to have anyone male or female to round out our awesome foursome.
Place is extremely clean with new features. Move in on the 21st September.
