🏡 The available room is very cozy, private, and has a beautiful garden view, perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet.
🛋 The house is spacious and comfortable, featuring a large living room, a big sofa, a dining table, and plenty of storage space.
🌿 We also have a beautiful garden, perfect for sunny days, BBQs, and hosting friends.
👫 You’ll be sharing this amazing house only with me and my partner, so the environment is peaceful, friendly, and respectful.

🏖 Just 15 minutes walking distance to Manly Beach – perfect for beach and surf lovers!
🛍 8-minute walk to the shopping center, which has Woolworths, Coles, and an ALDI right next door, making grocery shopping super convenient.
🏋️‍♂️ The shopping center also has an Anytime Fitness gym, great for those who like to work out with flexible hours.
🚌 A bus stop is literally right in front of the house (just 80 meters away!), making transportation easy.
⛽ A petrol station is right next to the house (less than 20 meters away), perfect for last-minute purchases.
