Have just been accepted onto a lease for a 2 bed apartment on Hastings Parade (Ben Buckler side). Security building. The unit is unfurnished and am currently in the process of furnishing hence minimal photos (I promise it looks nicer in real life)

Looking for a female housemate to rent the second room which comes unfurnished with built in wardrobe. Shared bathroom and gorgeous outdoor space. Rent will be $470 a week due every 4 weeks (bills excluded). Move in date is 17th August (may be availability to move in earlier)

Minimum 3 months with a possibility to extend.
$1200 bond.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of North Bondi a 2 min walk from the beach. Local shops, cafes and the start of the 333 bus route just round the corner.

I'm a 30 year old Londoner who has lived in Sydney for 2.5 years. I’m a physiotherapist working locally in the eastern suburbs. I have a busy life keeping active and socialising. I like my home to be a peaceful space so definitely not a party place but love to host every now and then.

Ideally would like somebody who doesn’t work from home who is clean, active and respectful of personal space but keen for a glass of wine / dinner every now and then.
