SHORT TERM 17/08-14/07 : Very bright room with massive built in wardrobe and queen size bed. 7 min walk to the beach 🌊.
You have your private bathroom and you share the flat with my amazing flatmate, an Italian guy in his early 40’s!!! He owns a cat and she is the queen of the house, for this reason we are looking for someone responsible and reliable as the cat has to live in a safe environment! The house and your room is fully furnished and you will find everything you need: washing machine, dryer, air conditioning/heater and dish washer. Rent is 375 including bills and it is from the 17 August until the 14 September with no possibility to extend.
