I'm looking for respectful, communicative and easygoing individuals to join me in my 3-bedroom terrace house in Newtown.
As my amazing housemate Heather is about to embark on her new journey in Melbourne with her fiancé, I now have two rooms available.

* Location: Prime spot in Newtown. Just around the corner from King Street, USYD, RPA and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity. Would be perfect for a student at USYD
* Inclusivity: LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, SW friendly space. Respectful of all cultures and backgrounds.

* Two story terrace house, pretty typical for Newtown
* Your bathroom is shared with one other person and features a shower-over-bathtub
* Not a wheelchair accessible house, unfortunately
* Stairs so steep I call it a ladder

* Cost: $305 p/w (+ bills) and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance.
* Size: Approx 3.3m x 2.7m. Will fit a queen bed, wardrobe etc… No built-in wardrobe.
Room 2 - Upstairs bedroom:
* Cost: $315 p/w (+ bills) and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance.
* Size: Approx 3.8m x 2.45m with a dormer window (1.1m x 1.5m) It has a built-in wardrobe and fits a queen bed.
