Hi everyone

Sadly our housemate is on the move so we have a double room available. The house is located in Newtown, close to King street, with shops / cafes / restaurants on your door step. 10 minutes from Newtown station and 4 mins to Macdonaldtown station. Large house with open plan living.

The room:
Medium size room with own bathroom
Big wardrobe across one side of the room
Rent is $425 per week
Bills roughly $125 per month (water, electricity, internet)
$1560 bond

You will be living with:
Averill (Kiwi) 36 - professional working in marketing both from home and the office. I like to socialise during the week but also like to make a home cooked meal and unwind by watching the occasional reality show.
Harrison (Aussie) 28 - Bouldering, Motorcycle riding, QLDer working in Market Research. Is at the office most days and often out riding on the weekend. Loves to cook and is more than happy to share food at the end of a big day

Sorry no couples. Must work full time, be tidy and respectful. There is the option of working from home if needed. Our current housemate will be taking a few things with her so open to having extra items in the house.
