About the house:
• Furnished common areas, including a cottage core kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining/study nook.
• TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Wifi.
• Outdoor courtyard at the back of the house with lush plants 🌵🍃.
• You would be renting a beautiful, light-filled, heritage room at the front of the house.
(dimensions 3.5m X 3.2), and can fit a medium-sized bed and study desk (but the house also has a shared study nook). The room also comes with a built-in wardrobe and a decorative fireplace.
Location
Within walking distance to great cafes and restaurants along Enmore Road and is a couple minutes away from King Street. Really convenient public transport options -10 minutes walk to Newtown station (perfect for sprinters dashing to work like me), and bus stops at the end of the street with buses into the city and Eastern suburbs.
