I've been living here since November 2019, so I will be your landlord. The apartment has just undergone a full renovation, boasting new bathrooms, upgraded floors, fresh paint, and a revamped courtyard—essentially, it looks brand new! I'm open to either a short-term or long-term flatmate arrangement.

Description of the home

The property is situated in a very convenient location. Coles and Woolworths are just a three-minute walk away, and the bus to the city takes only seven minutes. You'll find plenty of charming restaurants and bars nearby, and it's just a 10-minute stroll to Balmoral Beach. The Cremorne Point Walk is also a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

For fitness enthusiasts, there are numerous gyms and Pilates studios in close proximity. The apartment features a rooftop with stunning views, a BBQ area, and a cozy courtyard complete with a dining table and chairs.

You will have your own spacious bedroom and bathroom, with the bedrooms located on opposite sides of the apartment for added privacy. My room includes an en suite and offers plenty of storage, including a storage cage downstairs.

The house is always adorned with fresh flowers, and I take pride in keeping it neat and tidy. I'm also open to hiring a cleaner once a month.
