Ample wardrobe space with two built in wardrobes (both are ceiling high, one wardrobe has multiple shelves while the other has shelves, four draws as well has ample space to hang up clothes as well has store your shoes). Beautiful varnished timber floorboards. Windows are securely locked with a safety catch, yet can be left open at night as there are fly screens to stop unwanted creepy-crawlies coming in.

While there is only one bathroom, there are two toilets. The shower is also fantastic with great water pressure. We also have a full functioning bathroom (and shower) at our business so please do not feel there will be issues with waiting for the bathroom. :)

About the occupants
Hi, our names are Reenie and Henry and we are a couple set to be married in 2025. We run our business (a film and media business based in Peakhurst) and are there the majority of the time. As this takes up the majority of our time we haven't been able to be as social as we once were, however, while not working you will find us either at the gym, or out and about spending family time. We are both Kiwis and moved over to Australia for a better life (at different times, we did not move over together). We also have a beautiful fur baby who is an almost two year old male Pomeranian called Emerald. While we were once fun party happy-go-lucky individuals, our business is now our priority so unfortunately you won't often see us out to all hours of the night. Scarifies one has to make to get ahead in life! We do still enjoy a quiet drink at home on a Friday night after a big week and enjoy socialising outside in our backyard over a bbq when we have a moment. We are easy going, love to have a laugh, and enjoy a drama-free home. Life is complex enough and a home should be safe and relaxing for all.
Compatible people
Once upon a time we would have loved a real social bunny who is wanting to enjoy the party life. Unfortunately, due to our commitment to our business and preparing for our wedding, regrettably we are unable to accept anyone who is looking to come back to the home at all hours of the night, or host parties and friends at the house. We are looking for a quiet individual, or couple, who are happy to keep to themselves or are busy in their own lives. We are also looking for someone who is dog friendly as our wee fur ball is an absolute attention-hog so its important our flatmate enjoys snuggling with with a small floof. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, we do huge hours so we don't don't want to come home to a messy home, as I'm sure you don't either. If you are single and are enjoying the dating life, we absolutely love that for you! Unfortunately, we aren't looking for someone who wants to bring someone new home each weekend, especially all hours of the night. While we do not have a problem with that whatsoever, disruptions due to our dog barking at a new stranger wakes everyone up and it just becomes upsetting for all. We are also looking for someone who can pay their bills on time. No one likes having to have "that talk", so we are looking for someone who is reliable.

We do apologise in advance if our description seems a little direct. We just really do not want you to have an unpleasant experience if expectations do not align. We are truly not anti-social people, and once upon a time you would find us dancing the night away. We are now past that stage and so we are looking for an easy going person, with no dramas, pays their rent on time, cleans up after themselves, doesn't bring the party back home each weekend and loves snuggling our dog. In return we are committed to delivering the same to you as we ask of us.
Description of pets
King of the household; he requires the first lot of attention when you get home. You don't need to spend hours at a time with him, he just requires that you acknowledge him first. He does this by coming up and making sure you can't miss him. He is small, about 30cm high off the ground, usually super fluffy (groomer misunderstood what we wanted and decided to give him - and us - quite a uniquely short hair-cut - he's on track to becoming super floof again), he is a male, but given his name is Emerald can be mistaken as being a female. He doesn't mind, just cares that he gets attention. Emerald is super friendly, but like all Pomeranians can bark out of excitement when he first sees a new person.
