About the occupants
About me:
I’m 36 and recently moved back to Sydney from the Northern Territory. I work as an outdoor educator / hiking guide. I’m active, social but also enjoy me down time . Love daily walks/swims, yoga, bike riding, kayaking and spending time outdoors. I’m friendly, respectful, and keep shared spaces tidy and welcoming.

What I’m Looking For:
Seeking an active flatmate who has their own life but is also up for a chat on the balcony. No couples, smokers, or pets, please. If you’re easygoing, considerate, and like a good balance of independence and shared moments, we’ll be good housemates.
Compatible people
For me, a good flatmate is someone who’s easygoing, respectful, and keeps things tidy without being obsessive about it.
Shared spaces should feel welcoming, so a bit of mutual effort goes a long way.
I value clear communication—it helps avoid those awkward moments and keeps everything relaxed.
You're active and has their own life but is still up for some friendly balcony chats / laughs or a spontaneous drink now and then.
Hopefully we can find that sweet spot between having your space and making the place feel like home together.
