Fantastic 2 story villa facing north with spectacular views overlooking Middle Harbour and the Spit. Bus to city 4 doors away and plenty of off-street parking in quiet cul-de-sac street.
The Tour,
At the front of the villa is balcony which enjoys the views with a BBQ and small intimate dinning table. Perfect for a refreshing beverage after a hard day.
Upstairs are the bedrooms, with the room to rent enjoying a separated wing with adjoining private bathroom, toilet (shower and bath) heated towel rails and massive natural light. Great vanity bench top and cupboards, all yours.
The bedroom opens to an oversize wrap around balcony with partial cover which overlooks (downstairs) the rear of the property and a small private grassy backyard with timber deck and outdoor kitchen (BBQ) with outdoor seating for 8.
Down stairs and adjoining the outdoor kitchen is a casual lounge/family room with 4 seater lounge, large TV and climate controlled gas heater. Casual dinning is provided by way of large serve through benchtop to kitchen. All gas appliances, convection microwave, coffee machine (pod style), sandwich press, toaster and blenders.
A dishwasher to make life easy after a dinner party, a 2 door fridge/ freezer with chilled water and ice maker. A large pantry completes the picture.
Moving to the front is a formal dinning area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 and for those really cold nights another gas heater ( very rarely used, the house is warmed by the climate controlled heater in family room).
Last the lounge area with an open fireplace, regularly used in winter, nothing better than a nice beverage, in front of the TV with a roaring log fire. A large TV, surround sound home theatre and opening to the front balcony and spa completes the tour.
The house is professionally cleaned (including your room and bathroom) every two weeks.

I enjoy entertaining, but not every night, I swim most mornings at Balmoral and during the winter I am an enthusiastic snow skier and occasionally ski overseas as well. I am a member of most of the clubs around Mosman and Manly, and enjoy my boating and have my own small ski boat. Whilst having been a very active water skier in the past I mainly use the boat for pleasure now.
Kahlua and I are easy going, enjoy a good BBQ (there is a full outdoor kitchen at the house) plus another 2nd BBQ, red or white wine with good company and a good story or yarn.
