DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE FOR ONE PERSON FROM 23 JAN 2025 (Must love dogs!)

Hi, I'm Fee. I've been living here for 4 years and love the location, the views and the treehouse vibes. Its a super relaxed beachside pad with ocean views from every room and a relaxed, boho vibe. I work from home for myself so am usually around most of the day, I have a rambunctious puppy, George who is 1, super sweet but high energy and I walk him 3 times a day,

Our 2-bed apartment is 100m from the harbour beach, 5 min walk to the Manly ferry and 5 mins to Manly beach and the Shelly Beach walk, ideally positioned for literally everything. The apartment is fully furnished, has lift access, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, slow cooker, airfryer, juicer and all the other stuff you'd expect.

The room is a double with huge mirrored built-ins, wooden floors and ocean views overlooking the harbour - you can see the ferries coming in. It can be fully, part or unfurnished.

It is available from 23 January ideally for at least 3 months. The room is only for one person, no couples please.

We've got some building works happening until end of March fyi.

Hi, I'm Fiona, I've lived here for 4 years, its the most convenient location, beautiful tree house beach apartment and I recently fostered then adopted my puppy George. Since my role was made redundant last year, I now work for myself, usually at home or at a co-working space and I'm renting out my spare room.
The space is a zen sanctuary, its always clean, calm with a green, leafy outlook over the Office, and the ocean 100m away. I say zen, but George is pretty talkative and is learning to swim, so I'm basically cleaning all the time :-)
Its a super friendly building, and lots of know each other and hang out.

The house is bright, clean and welcoming - it's truly a home with a wonderful energy, full of crystals, plants and sunlight. It would suit someone who works away from home or commutes into the city, loves the outdoors and is clean and tidy.
