The bedroom available is really bright at the corner of the building with a few big windows. There is no built in closet but the ikea wardrobe can stay if requested, same with the bed which has convenient storage underneath! Located at the back of the building so very little street noise.

Right in the heart of Manly, the beautiful Strathspey building is just a 5 minute walk to the ferry, across the street from the beautiful harbour and conveniently located close to many coffee shops and restaurants. The unit is located at the back of the building, which ensures quiet evenings from any street noise, yet is still a bright and beautiful space. There is a shared rooftop with two dining tables and BBQ open for the building to use, with incredible harbour views.

Recently renovated and modern appliances throughout the 3 bedroom house makes the flat a perfect oasis for either working from home, entertaining with friends, or just relaxing in the lovely space. There is also a large amount of storage both under the building as well as the roof for surfboards, bikes, camping gear, etc.

I'm a big fan of the outdoors and love surfing, swimming, and beach days. I also enjoy walks, coffee, socialising with friends over wine, and going to gigs. When I'm not out and about, I enjoy relaxing with a good book or Netflix series.

We’re looking for a friendly, fun, and clean roomie to share the space with! We think it's great to have a friendship within the home with someone who is happy to socialise over drinks/dinner and be a mate, but also to respect each others spaces. The living space is quite big, therefore someone who is diligent about keeping these areas tidy is very important. We like to keep the flat as our safe space, so always keeping that in mind if/when having people over on rare occasions. It will be a requirement that the new person will need to be on the lease, so we’re only looking for someone that can commit to at least a year.
