Malabar beach house, furnished room for short term rent.
House with garden, ocean views from the balcony, one minute walk to Malabar Beach, five minute walk to the National Park.
Private cozy basement room, East facing room avoiding the afternoon sun and heat so it's cool in summer.
The room is $300 including bills, 2 sets of linen provided, all storage in the room will be empty for you to use. The ceiling is low but I can stand, for reference I'm 190cm/6'3" tall, and you have to walk outside to get into the house.

Hello! We're a house of 3 young professionals in our 30s and a wonderful dog. I'm away for two months over summer so looking to sublet out my room. You'll be living with the wonderful Brontë, Georgia, and Coogee the dog. Bronte and Georgia both work from home mostly, and work in recycling equipment and law support, love walking in the area, travel, good food, and the very best of reality TV!

Coogee is a very well behaved Koolie who doesn't bark, won't eat your food, won't slobber everywhere, won't chew your things, and won't run off when you head out through the gate. She's friendly, not in your face, and always up for a game of fetch.
