For the rate above we are offering TWO rooms on the ground level to someone who would like to have their own space- a bedroom and TV/ study room to themselves. Rate includes having the two rooms. I have circled in yellow highlighted the rooms and bathroom for the tenant.
We are a friendly couple living in a 4 bedroom house with our 6 year old beaglier. We are currently using the upstairs two rooms hence don’t require using the two rooms downstairs- refer to the floor plan to see the room specs and bathroom.
We work full-time, one of us is in health and the other in marketing. We are sociable, enjoy having a chat and a wine over dinner but also like having downtime from our busy lives- we are both studying too, so spend quite some time hiding away getting work done. We are in our mid- 30’s and looking for someone who is like-minded and loves hanging out with our friendly dog, Lucy!

Home is super cosy, modern and light. Situated on a beautiful wide, peaceful street, we are close to the bay walk, Rozelle cafes and only 10 minutes into the city (one bus stop or very close to the lightrail station).
