This apartment is right in the middle of lidcombe. Most of the things are all very walkable.
- train station (1-2min walk)
- maybe like 6+ cafes
- a lot of good restaurants (korean)
- a few pocha’s
- not too far from Westfield Parramatta but train
- asian grocery shops
The unit will be some what furnished. I dont have a lot of furniture, but if you have some and want to bring just let me know before hand.
The earliest date for move in will be the 22nd of January.
There is someone currently living in there at the monent so cannot do inspections before 22nd January.
