The property is a 2nd Level 2 bedroom apartment located inside Liberty Grove Estate.
Liberty Grove estate has 1 gym, a basketball court, 2 tennis courts, and 2 swimming pools; all residents have access to all these facilities. It is such a lovely area to live in, the neighbour hood is quiet, and respectful; and we have on site security.
It is 10-15 mins walk to Rhodes Central/Station where you can catch express trains and 10-15 mins walk to Concord West Station. Google map is not 100% accurate, there are shortcut foot paths to both train stations. The area has bike paths to both stations and biking to the station is also ideal as it’s mostly flat.
It's a 5-10 mins walk to Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre (where ikea is) and it's also 5-10 mins walk to Waterfront.
The room is fully furnished, an unfurnished option is available.
Unlimited internet access with all utility bills (water, gas, and electricity) are included for reasonable usage.
If you need a parking spot it is $60 extra per week.

Sabrina is in her early 30s and work for herself. She is bubbly, extroverted, and live a very active lifestyle. She spends most of her time working and training at her local Pole studio; she has a pole in the living room she practices on.
She is looking for someone respectful, mature, responsible and someone who always clean up after themselves. The condition of the place in the pictures are usually how she keeps the place, it’s very important to her that the new potential flatmate is clean and tidy at all times.
As mentioned earlier, there are 3 furry flatmates sharing the house as well, if you are allergic to cats this place is not for you: the cats are indoor and litter trained
