Set in a highly convenient location only footsteps to Leichhardt's vibrant café society, eateries and restaurant precincts and only moments to local "Market Place Shopping Mall", parklands, schools, light rail station and all conveniences.

My entire apartment will be available to rent from February 16 until March 9 (3 weeks). I can be flexible with a shorter or slightly longer rental period - please reach out to discuss your preferred timing. The rent is $700 per week including electricity and high-speed unlimited internet, or $740 for two people. Please note that only one bedroom has a bed (double sized) and the other is set up as a study with desk and chair. I have a thick double camping air mattress that's very comfortable which could be placed in the second bedroom if this is needed - please message me to discuss this further.

It's a two-bedroom apartment with one flight of stairs to access, coveted top floor front position with sun-filled interiors, and no common living walls (so incredibly quiet). It's positioned in a boutique complex of 8 only, with open plan living and dining areas with engineered timber flooring. The modern kitchen includes quality stainless steel appliances, pantry and dishwasher and the bathroom includes a frameless shower. There is a dedicated off-street parking space.
