Located in Lavender Bay with Harbour bridge views! Within a security building and offering timber floors throughout, an open plan kitchen with stainless steel benchtops, balcony and two double bedrooms (both with built-ins). Few minutes walk within train and bus stations. Has ample sunlight and jacaranda views during its season.
I just got the lease and will be moving in end of November, the lease technically begins 27th but I will be moving in 29th. It will be unfurnished, I have basic furnitures but if you have anything to offer let me know and we can see what works best for the apartment :)
