LOCATION:
Great location for public transport into the city. 12-15 minutes from the door to Wynyard. Walking distance to Lane Cove Central shops. Very quiet leafy neighbourhood with plenty of nice walks in the vicinity.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Fully ducted heating/cooling throughout the house. Amazing outdoor area with very large shade umbrella, built in outdoor barbeque and we can't forget the 40m2 pool. In addition to the ducted heating/cooling, there is a Gas powered fireplace in the lounge room for the colder months. House has 3 bathrooms with 3 showers, 2 Fridges, washing machine, dryer, double drawer dishwasher, 65" TV with sound bar, and living areas are fully furnished. 1000Mbps internet.
