Secure building.
Balcony is quite big and gets the evening sun.
5 minute walk to Lane Cove interchange with busses to the city every 10 minutes at peak times.
10-15 minute walk to shops at Lane Cove or Chatswood.

Lounge has dining room table, couch and a TV with Netflix included.
Hard wood floors, very clean and tidy apartment.

Bathroom has shower/bath
Washing machine is in a shared room next to the apartment, kind of nice as it saves space.

Bedroom dimensions are 4m x 2.83m, gets nice natural light (windows is east facing).

Kitchen is also furnished with plates, appliances and all that. If you only have bedroom furniture my place would suit. But there are empty cup ards in the kitchen.

LGBTQI+ friendly. I'm a trans woman so please bear that in mind if it's an issue for you.

I'm 43, work full time as an Infrastructure Engineer (IT), flexible work so sometimes at home (in my room). I'm a reasonable cook and like a clean apartment. I'm a bit of a minimalist so I don't like clutter but it does mean the shared areas are very usable with space

I keep to myself but don't have issues having dinner together and things like that. Looking for a flat mate that is also tidy. I'm a very relaxed and easy going person, looking for someone similar that is a generally happy and optimistic. Being older i'm not really looking for a flat mate that wants to bring over a half dozen mates every second day, still i'm not against get togethers and having friends over, just prefer a quieter atmosphere.
