Secure building
Balcony is quite big and gets the evening sun.
5 minute walk to Lane Cove interchange with busses to the city every 10 minutes at peak times. 10-15 minute walk to shops at Lance cove or Chatswood.
Lounge room is mostly empty if you have furniture you want to bring there is a dining room table. It's not the biggest place but easily enough space (I'm a minimalist). I also mostly stay in my room so you would have a lot of use of the lounge if desired
Hard wood floors, very clean and tidy apartment.
Bathroom has shower/bath
Washing machine is in a shared room next to the apartment, kind of nice as it saves space.
Room dimensions are 4m x 2.83m, gets nice natural light (windows is east facing) kitchen is also furnished with plates, appliances and all that. If you only have bedroom furniture my place would suit. Lounge has a couch and TV, Netflix is included.

LGBTQI+ friendly. I'm a trans woman so please bear that in mind if it's an issue for you. I am one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

About the occupants
I'm 43, work full time as a Infrastructure Engineer (IT), flexible work so sometimes at home (in my room). I'm a reasonable cook and like a clean apartment. I'm a bit of a minimalist so I don't like clutter but it does mean the shared areas are very usable.
Compatible people
I keep to myself but don't have issues having dinner together and things like that. Looking for a flat mate that is also tidy. I'm a very relaxed and easy going person, looking for someone similar that is a generally happy and optimistic. Being older i'm not really looking for a flat mate that wants to bring over a half dozen mates every second day, still i'm not against get togethers and having friends over, just prefer a quieter atmosphere.
