I have a 2 bed 2 bath flat and am renting one of the rooms out for 8-10 weeks from 23rd of July to end of September. The other bedroom will be empty but will have my stuff in it. So you will still have full private use of the rest of the apartment. The flat is in Kirribilli and has full harbour views and fully furnished. It’s a lovely block and close to all amenities and transport.
