About the occupants
Hi,

I'm Dan, a 19-year-old student currently in my first year of a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) at NIDA (the National Institute of Dramatic Art). My course contact hours are between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, and I can spend time on-campus until 11:00 PM, on occasion. Therefore, I prefer to try and maintain a relatively calming, relaxed space to live in.

On weekends, I try to keep things relatively relaxed, going out from time to time, or staying indoors and watching a film, or two. Outside of my studies, I enjoy running, cycling (and other general "physical activity"), alongside reading, playing the guitar, and catching up with friends. As I grew up in Melbourne, I am still trying to get to know Sydney further, and enjoy exploring previously unvisited regions.

Thanks,
Dan
Compatible people
I am looking for a housemate who is able to stay in Sydney over the summer period (as I am hoping to return to Melbourne for most of my summer holiday period), and remain into the new year. Ideally, I would prefer someone who is clean, and tidy, but also one who is willing to chat and catch-up over a shared dinner (my culinary skills are sub-par, to say the least, therefore, any recipe recommendations would be much appreciated). Whilst I may not be one to be out most weekend evenings, any potential roommates should not feel put-off by my own preferences, only that they remain respectful of the space and myself when returning home. Further, while the space itself isn't the largest, it is welcome to hold guests. That being said, again, any potential roommates are advised to remain respectful of the space (both shared and personal), and myself, if and/or when inviting guests.
