Dog friendly home, 2 unfurnished rooms for 1 person available to sublease. Close to off-leash dog park, 15 min walk/3 min drive to Katoomba main street. Sharing with 1 person and 1 dog.

Shared kitchen, bathroom (with shower and separate bath), downstairs laundry, fenced front yard and unfenced backyard.

Min 2 week stay, maximum 10 week stay.
All bills included in weekly rent.
Rent negotiable if you only want 1 room.

Please note: there are no internet, phone or tv ports anywhere in the house. The only way to connect to the internet here is with your own personal hotspot.

She is not suitable for elderly or frail dogs, or reactive, aggressive or territorial dogs. Scout isn't suitable for cats/kittens, pocket pets, birds or exotics.
