Price includes fast Telstra nbn internet + electricity bills (no extra expenses). To share with 1 person, working full time + the cutest little fluffy boy. He is 4yo fully toilet trained and you will fall in love with him. Ps.: dog does not shed but he will go up the couch to cuddle with you, so dog lovers only please :-).

Apartment is very bright during the day. Kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso machine, AirFryer and all utilities for your gourmet cooking :-)

Separate laundry room with wash machine for you to use at no extra cost.
