Please Note: The apartment does not have internet, so you’ll need to arrange your own connection.

Rent: $300 per week (single occupancy only). Bills are exluded.
Add $20 on top, and I’ll take care of cleaning the apartment for you.
House Rules: No parties, no smoking, and you must keep the space clean and organized.

Bills and expenses

Electricity: $50 per fortnight
Water: approx $15 per fortnight
