Price is for entire upstairs with 2 bedrooms and own bathroom. We are looking for 1 individual to occupy the whole upstairs area.
Property comes partially furnished with 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Aircon is available in both bedrooms and 1 aircon in living space/kitchen area.

Lease Terms:
Minimum Stay: 6-12 months.
4 weeks bond ($1280) and 2 week rent ($640) in payable upfront.
When you want to move out, please give at least 4 weeks notice.
Rent to be paid until you actually move out, we will give bond back at that time. Cannot use bond as last 4 weeks of rent.

Ideal Tenant:
We are looking for fulltime working individuals who can provide proof of income, rental history and references.
I am a teacher and partner is a paramedic who does shift work who are living downstairs in the main home.
We appreciate tenants who are quiet, respectful, clean and easy-going. The entire upstairs has separate access to us and yours to enjoy - you will not need to be sharing any spaces with us.
