The room is available to an individual looking for medium to longer term accommodation. 6 months initial lease. The accommodation on offer, has all the basics with furniture including a shared kitchen with double door fridge freezer and Q-sized King Koil mattress.
I am open to someone looking to organise longer term share accommodation, as long as you are independent, and respectful of others.
I am big on recycling everything possible. A flatmate who does not practise recycling is a deal-breaker for me, as the Blue Mts is my home on earth and the health of our environment is a core value that I live by. The redbin rarely goes out as BMCC eenables almost everything to be recycled and I have sorting bins available onsite for use.
The bedoom has enough furniture, space and privacy for you to binge netflicks, have company, listen to your music, stay up late, leave early, and not get any noise complaints from me.
Your bedroom is adjacent to the front entrance foyer, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Btw, your ensuite has underfloor heating. #;)
All utility costs are included as long as you close your personal windows when you are using heating and aircon; and switch them both off whenever you are absent.
So if you can recycle like a pro, and keep mould out of your bathroom, then everything else should be fine.
Street parking is available across the road.
