Lovely light filled Pink Victorian Villa elevated on a hill looking over the Glebe waterfront. A quiet magical gem. The house has high ceilings and a huge lounge and dining area with views of the city. The kitchen is fabulous with a Smeg double oven and very funky shelves and a seating area near the back sliding doors. The courtyard is stunning with Frida Kahlo painted walls and lovely green plants and a lime tree. It is great for entertaining and has a BBQ. The bathroom is stunning and has original tiles and a huge claw foot bath. The whole place is, I have to say amazing with polished wood floors and carpet. There are lots of birds and beautiful trees that give the place a tranquil idyllic feel.

We are close to the Glebe Waterfront walk, Black Wattle Bay, Tramsheds in Annandale and Sydney University and UTS, so easy to get to town via the Light rail and close to the fish markets and Pyrmont. Close to the city centre.
